Every treatment plan is individualized. This is not a one size fits all massage.

Gratuity is never expected or accepted. Your visit is a professional and documented healthcare service, and the treatment price reflects the full cost of your care.

Insurance Reimbursement - Lymphatic Flow Recovery is an out-of-network provider. Payment is due prior to service. Upon request, a detailed superbill can be provided which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. Designed for new patients recovering from cosmetic or reconstructive surgery who would like individualized post-operative support. Your initial evaluation includes an assessment of your swelling, tissue healing, mobility, and current stage of recovery, followed by a treatment tailored to your needs. Treatment will include primarily manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), gentle tissue techniques, compression guidance, kinesiology taping when appropriate, fibrosis treatment as needed, mobility or therapeutic exercise, and education for managing your recovery at home.

At the end of your visit, we’ll discuss whether additional treatment may be beneficial and what level of follow-up care is appropriate for your recovery.

A targeted treatment for healed surgical scars and areas of restricted or firm tissue. This focused session uses individualized hands-on scar and soft-tissue techniques to improve scar mobility, reduce tissue restrictions and adhesions, and support more comfortable movement.

Treatment may include scar mobilization, skin and soft-tissue techniques, and gentle suction cupping when appropriate. You will also be educated on how to continue massaging your scar daily.

Ideal for: healed scars following procedures such as tummy tuck, C-section, breast surgery, liposuction, arm or thigh lift, or other surgeries.

Focused treatment of 1–2 areas

Scar massage is performed only when the incision is fully closed and the tissue is appropriate for treatment.
