Post-surgical recovery, lymphedema, and lipedema can feel overwhelming, especially when swelling, tightness, and limited mobility affect day-to-day comfort. My approach is calm, educational, and tailored to your specific needs.

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree through Western University of Health Sciences in 2016 and became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) in 2019. That same year, I earned additional certification through the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA), a nationally recognized advanced credential demonstrating expertise in lymphatic care.

I worked at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier from 2016 -2024 in post surgical and orthopedic rehabilitation and served as the primary lymphedema therapist, working closely with its comprehensive breast health program. I managed swelling for women post breast cancer treatment and reconstructive surgery, as well as patients with lymphedema and lipedema, including those recovering from liposuction. I left for a private clinic closer to home in 2024 after becoming a mom and continue to work in orthopedic, post surgical, and lymphatic care.

I founded Lymphatic Flow Recovery in July 2026 because I saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between lymphatic care and physical rehabilitation after cosmetic surgery. This combination is especially valuable because movement and muscle contractions help support lymphatic flow.

My goal is to help patients feel supported, confident, and well cared for throughout their recovery, while providing the comfort and privacy of personalized care in their own home.
