Vicky Wen PT, DPT, CLT - LANA
Post-surgical recovery can feel overwhelming, especially when swelling, bruising, tightness, compression garments, and limited mobility affect day-to-day comfort. Dr. Wen’s approach is calm, educational, and individualized based on the type of surgery and stage of recovery.
As a licensed Physical Therapist with more than 10 years of clinical experience, she brings additional specialized training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), and certification through the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA), setting the gold standard in lymphatic care.
Her background includes extensive experience treating lymphedema, working with breast cancer survivors to manage swelling through manual lymphatic drainage, compression garments, skin care, and exercise. She also works in orthopedic rehabilitation including post spine and joint surgeries, and has detailed understanding of the different types of cosmetic surgical procedures and how each alter lymphatic pathways differently.
By combining advanced lymphatic training with the clinical perspective of a physical therapist, she strives to help patients feel supported, confident, and cared for throughout their healing journey and uniquely offers in home care to support comfort and privacy.
